Processing Time

Fix Fuel offers standard shipping with 4-6 business day delivery. Processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends. During holidays and promotions, we may experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders and processing times may vary.

RETURNS

We are confident that you will enjoy both the taste and performance benefits of our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 10 days of purchase. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item, contact our Customer Service Team by emailing hello@fixfuel.com.  In order to assist you, we will need your name, order number and the item you’d like to return. To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team. Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased  anywhere other than www.fixfuel.com. Proof of purchase or  identifying details such as order number may be required. Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend  an order in any way once submitted. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
